All our products are prepared from natural rubber, an eco-friendly raw material. To achieve perfection in aspect of manufacturing, we lay special emphasis on the quality standards and management control systems adopted in our unit. We use best quality fabrics in our garments that carry a unique charisma and appeal. Our in house textile laboratory takes care that each product is of the utmost quality. The design, fabric quality, colour fastness are duly checked in our laboratory. We adhere to the highest norms of quality, from procurement of the raw materials to every level of the manufacturing process, we follow the most stringent quality assurance international standards of iso 9001:2000. We have also got bis certification for hospital rubber sheetings.

Quality system of RAJKUMAR DYEING & PRINTING WORKS PVT. LTD. is very sound and effective having full infrastructural facilities, procedures, process control measures, individual responsibilities of the in-charge personnels which makes the Quality fool proof.

Document and data control system of RAJKUMAR DYEING & PRINTING WORKS PVT. LTD. are sufficient as per requirement. Instructions relating to manufacturing of Quality Product are issued and controlled by Shree P.K. Sengupta, Technical Manager. Any changes/deviations regarding quality is approved by him only whenever and wherever needed.
1. TESTING OF RAW MATERIALS
All incoming raw materials and fabrics checked by inspection staff before issuing in the manufacturing department. Any material and fabrics found below the prescribed standard is returned to the supplier. One register is maintained for such checking. Raw materials and fabrics so received are stored in separate stores. Blue tag is stapled on such goods for purpose of identification. Rejected raw materials/fabrics are stored separately with red tag. Proper records are maintained at all stages.

2. IN- PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL
Checking of in process goods at regular intervals is done by the supervisory staff and any deviation is set right forthwith.

3. CHECKING OF FINISHED GOODS
After finishing, the product is tested batch-wise in our own laboratory and in case any doubt arises regarding quality of the finished products, samples are sent for testing to AGLOW QUALITY CONTROL LABORATORY (P) LTD., a Govt. recognised laboratory. No manufactured products are delivered without being checked in all respects and prescribed parameters.

We posses almost all the plants & machineries required to manufacture Rubberised fabrics, Rain wears & Summer wears, Air Pillows, School bags PU Slippers ,Kittos, Pu Safety Boots ,Pu Jungle Boots ,Pu Running Shoe, Rubber Ankle Boots , Rubber Jungle Boot , Tennis Shoe, School Shoes PU & etc. We have almost all the licences issued by Govt. of India and Govt. of West Bengal so that no obstacle is faced in running the plant to its full capacity. We have modern Laboratory with the instruments, machines, apparatuses , chemicals and reagents. Daily testings are carried out and results & remarks recorded in registers maintained in the factory.
